On Saturday 6th September folk from across the new emerging parish of Christ Our Light, were joined by Bishop Ruth and her husband Howard as we walked, talked and prayed around Netherley... 
We went to listen to God, listen to the community and prayerfully discern what God is calling us to do in that place...
We were reminded of the prophecy from Ezekiel 37: 5

Thus says the Lord God to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live."

The best way to breathe life back into a community, is to join your local church, get involved and let the Spirit of God bring about transformation.
